2020s Chief Marketing Coach

After 25 years honing my craft, I realised that my key responsibility as a consultant is to coach senior leaders on HOW to think about strategic marketing to achieve ambitious results. 

My superpower has always been connecting marketing to the commercial reality of a business. This is what I'm doing today, delivering commercially sharp marketing training for small to medium businesses leaders like you.

2010s Marketing Leadership

As well as leading ASX listed client marketing strategy, I became an agency leader as General Manager in charge of multi-million dollar revenue and 20 account service and creative staff. I was lucky to work on strategic projects for Stockland, Woolworths, Westpac Institutional Bank, KFC and NRMA.

During this time I became one of the first practitioners in Australia to use Customer Centred Design to strategically design commercial spaces for Bupa, Woolworths, Luxottica and more.

Eventually I started my own strategic marketing and design consultancy, Future Trace, which I owned and operated for nearly seven years. This brought me into contact with some exciting tech brands such as Afterpay and Siteminder, as well as three billion dollar, state significant developments. Exciting times!

2000s Marketing Strategy

Started out in Public Relations, mastering my communications skills. I was gifted with learning marketing from a master at Australian Pharmaceutical Industries. I reported to the Chief Marketing Officer who, among other things, invented a loyalty program that is still studied at Harvard. He taught me what strategic marketing was really about and I took what I learned from him to make my start in agency at Ogilvy and Eskimo.

1999

Graduated with a Mass Communications degree from Curtin University and working as a Press Officer for a Member of Parliament.
